Motherhood is beautiful, messy, chaotic, and fleeting — all at once. One minute you're rocking a newborn in the middle of the night, the next you're watching tiny hands turn the pages of their first book. It's easy to blink and wonder where the years went.

As a mama of five ages, 2 - 16, I am painfully aware of how fast and how slow time with our babies moves at the same time! I am so passionate about preserving your memories through photography.  Capturing the real, raw, love-filled moments that make up your story. Not the perfectly posed or Pinterest-perfect version, but the authentic magic of who you are right now. Whether you're in the newborn haze, celebrating a first birthday, or just trying to get through a day with snacks and sanity, you're worthy of being seen and remembered.

I'm Sarah — photographer, mom of five, and the heart behind the motherhood and portrait side of The Mullins Photo Co.

After over 15 years behind the camera, what began as a love for weddings has grown into something even more personal: a deep passion for capturing the fleeting, in-between moments of family life. As a mom, I know just how fast the days go — the way their laugh sounds right now, the way their tiny hands reach for yours, the chaos and the calm. I’ve lived it, and I feel the ache of wanting to bottle it all up.

That’s why I do this.

I want every family to feel seen — not just in their picture-perfect moments, but in the real, messy, beautiful season they’re in. You don’t have to have it all together. You just have to show up as you are and I’ll take care of the rest.
